About Us Pins and Needles is a family business who have been trading in Northampton for over 60 years. Although we no longer have a retail outlet, with our internet site we supply hand-knitting supplies all over the world.
Delivery Schedule We normally dispatch orders within 2 - 3 working days but please allow up to 14 days for any items not in stock.If this is not possible we will inform you and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 7 working days without reason.The 7 days start the day after the goods are received. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts that you have been charged for will be refunded, within 30 days of the cancellation, in the same format as your original payment (eg credit card or cheque). In the event that we have dispatched the products that you have ordered, the goods should be returned to us and you will pay the costs for its return. If you wish to withdraw your order, please contact our customer services department as soon as possible by telephoning 01604-760467, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm GMT or emailing thackercarole@yahoo.co.uk Guarantee If you purchase an item from us that is not suitable, we will happily exchange it for another item if returned in a saleable condition within 28 days.Alternatively,we will refund your money. Please return items by an insured, traceable system for your protection.You are responsible for the cost of returning any item to us. If this option is taken, then once received by us we will refund the cost of the item returned within 30 days. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED.
Lost/Damaged Goods
We check the quality of our products prior to dispatch. However, should your goods be damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt be e-mail at thackercarole@yahoo.co.uk or by writing to Pins and Needles, 47 Harrier Park, Northampton NN4 0QG, UK. We will be happy to replace your order or alternatively give a full refund, within 30 days.
In the event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days from the notification that the item has been shipped and we will endeavour to track your order.
